How to place an order online

  1. Sign in to your account. If you don’t have one please register.
  2. Find the item you wish to buy and click view to view your cart
  3. Now once you’ve found all the things you need, click check out.
  4. Fill out the order, click submit order.
  5. Optional: You may print a extra copy for yourself.

Registering for your account

  1. Click on login.
  2. Click on request account.
  3. Fill out your information.
  4. Click request account. – (Now your account is registered and you’re ready to log in.)(Note: There might be a time frame involved)
  5. Warning – if you try to put in the same account twice, the site will tell you that there is an error.

Forgot your password?

  1. Click on forgot your password by the login in screen.
  2. Put in your user name (it is your email address.)
  3. Put in the answer to your security question.
  4. Your password will be sent to your e-mail account.

How to make changes to quantity in your shopping cart

  1. Go to view (it’s located by the checkout link)
  2. You may change the quantity and click update cart to confirm.
  3. If you want to clear one line of item(s) just click on "remove" (it’s on the right of the item in the same row) and then update. Note: This will clear just that line item.
  4. If you want to clear your whole list and start over, you may click on clear cart to clear your cart of any inventory. Warning: If you don’t want to clear everything don’t use this option.
  5. If you know what you want but don’t want to go looking for it, you may type in the part number and quantity under line item add (this is on your right side).

Proceeding to checkout

  1. Click checkout once you have confirmed that your cart is complete.
  2. Take your time and enter all the necessary information. Note: All of your information will be kept confidential.
  3. Make sure that all of your information is correct before clicking submit order. Note: When placing shipping instructions please be as specific as possible so your order will go through efficiently.
  4. Click submit order to confirm that the information is correct.

What if I want a copy of the order?

  1. When you click on submit order the computer automatically sends you an
    e-mail of the invoice or receipt.
  2. If you want a printed version, click print version. Note: Some Kiosk (or displays) won't have printers.
  3. Choose the printer model available to you.

How to search for items

  1. There are multiple ways of finding an item.
  2. The first way is to type in the part number (if you know it or have the catalog in front of you.)
  3. The second way is to find it by name.
  4. The third way is to find it by manufacturer number.

How can I be sure that my order has gone through?

  1. Once you have clicked submit order and printed your receipt, you may look at your orders under review orders or paid invoices.

How to track order(s)

  1. Click on review order to see what status your order is currently in.

Can I edit, cancel, or change the delivery of an order online once it has been placed?

    In order to edit, cancel, or change the delivery date of the order, you’ll have to call our customer service line as soon as possible at 1-800-666-1111. Your item(s) shipping depend on when you placed your order. Please call us as soon as possible. Please be prepaired to provide your name, number, order number and the description of the changes you would like to make to the invoice. We are open normal business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
